PERSONALIZED RESTORATION

Restoring Color & Definition

The goal of Areola Restoration is to work with what is already present. Treatment is tailored to the existing areola, surrounding skin, and the way the area has healed so the result feels balanced and natural to you.

Custom Color Matching

Pigment is selected and adjusted to complement your natural coloring and the existing areola.

Restored Definition

Treatment can help restore areas where color or visible definition has been affected by surgery, scarring, or pigment loss.

Balance & Symmetry

Whether treatment involves one or both areolas, the plan is individualized to support a natural, visually balanced result.

WHEN AREOLA RESTORATION MAY BE APPROPRIATE

Restoration for an Existing Areola

Areola Restoration may be appropriate when an existing areola has experienced color loss, uneven pigmentation, reduced definition, or visible changes following surgery, reconstruction, or scarring. This service focuses on restoring the appearance of the areola that is already present. Clients seeking the full visual creation of an areola and nipple may be better suited to Custom 3D Areola & Nipple Creation.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your Treatment Journey

01 • Consultation

We’ll talk through your goals, healing history, and the changes you’d like to address so we can determine whether Areola Restoration is the right fit.

02 • Color & Design Planning

Before tattooing begins, your existing areola, skin tone, pigment changes, and desired result are carefully considered to create an individualized treatment plan.

03 • Procedure

Pigment is applied with careful attention to color, definition, balance, and the natural appearance of the surrounding area.

04 • Healing & Follow-Up

Most treatments are given approximately 4–6 weeks to heal before the result is evaluated. Local clients are typically seen around two weeks; out-of-town clients may send a healing photo.
